My Monarch Butterfly tattoo

My first tattoo. Got it done it done in April.

I got this for all my family that has passed. el dias de los muertos (day of the dead) is an important day to me and my family. I was always told that the day of the dead starts with the return of the monarch butterflies on their way back to mexico from canada. It is said that our ancestors spirits are carried within the butterflies. So I also got a little skull in the center if the butterfly.

I wanna give a very big thanks to Wade, the artist who made this very very beautiful. Amazing job.
